Music has always played a big role in my life. I took piano lessons and wanted to get my B. Mus degree but things didn't turn out that way. Instead I just love music, singing and dancing. When I used to study at school for exams I always had the radio on, much to my parents concern. They couldn't understand how I could simultaneously study and listen to music, but while studying I used to and still do, associate certain tunes with different events. When I sat for an examination and I got stuck on a question I would think of the tune and most often the answer would come back. People claim that I have a remarkable memory, that is all thanks to my knack of music association. When I hear a certain tune it will remind me of a person, a place or a single moment. I haven't really got any special favourites, I like anything from Classic to Pop, it all depends on my mood and the situation at the time. When I am doing work requiring concentration on 'Schweetheart' I like background music such as, Light Piano, Jazz or Big bands. While composing emails or lighter PC work anything goes, then I sing-a-long and even have my own floor show sometimes. When in a really foul mood - Classical Music. When I feel down... what else but, sentimental 'Love Songs' Music to me is like the Midi playing of a very old song; "Put another Nickel in, in the Nickelodeon, All I want is, Music, Music, Music! |
